Order Processing

Shipping Time

California North USA ships via FedEx from Los Angeles, Ca. 90023 or Sausalito, Ca. 94966 to most addresses in the continental United States. California North does not ship to US territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands or internationally at this time from the site, but email us for delivery options worldwide. Delivery times may vary, depending on your geographic location or order date. Orders shipped to the East Coast of the USA are usually delivered within five to seven days. Orders shipped to the Midwest and Southwest typically arrive within three to five days. Orders shipped to the West Coast are one to two days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.  We will make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are conditions outside of our control that might cause delays.   Once you chose your shipping method, California North is not responsible for the loss of a package by a carrier.  Any claim should be filed with the carrier.  We will assist where we can.

Mandatory Ground Shipping for Flammable Products.

Due to governmental regulations, flammable products like fragrance can not be shipped by air delivery. This applies on both deliveries to you from California North and returns by you to California North. Please allow for extra shipping time, as you must choose ground delivery for these products. If you chose any fragrances, please choose Ground Service.

Californianorth.com accepts PayPalCalifornianorth.com also accepts the following credit cards: MASTERCARD, VISA, DINERS CLUB, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS for online orders. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL. We do not accept personal checks.

Returns, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact our customer service department service@californianorth.com if your order contains incorrect, damaged, or defective items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and assure you that we will quickly respond to your service request.  We do not accept returns on personal care items once they are shipped, as they cannot be re-sold.

We offer free samples that we have in stock at the time, you pay just shipping, to allow you to TRY before you BUY.  We will accept returns on defective packaging or actual product which is Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.

Sales Tax

Californianorth.com is required by law to charge 8.50% sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. No sales tax is applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
