I find the cleansing agents, grape seed extract and various other anti-oxidants found with the Appellation line

"Dear Mr. Miller, I apologize for the sense of not liking the California North product line. I enjoy this line of products too, especially the sunscreen lotions. However, I find the cleansing agents, grape seed extract and various other anti-oxidants found with the Appellation line to be better and more gentle on the complexion than the main product line. I continue to use, as mentioned, the sunscreen in addition to the shampoo and conditioner. I also utilize your product line due to the fact that you’re a California company. Thin may sound strange, but I really try my best to be a patron of California establishments. Thank you for all of your prompt responses. With such excellent customer service it is no wonder why people choose to use your intelligent product. Regards, ."
