    "Dear Mr. Miller, I apologize for the sense of not liking the California North product line. I enjoy this line of products too, especially the sunscreen lotions. However, I find the cleansing agents, grape seed extract and various other anti-oxidants found with the Appellation line to be better and more gentle on the complexion than the main product line. I continue to use, as mentioned, the sunscreen in addition to the shampoo and conditioner. I also utilize your product line due to the fact that you’re a California company. Thin may sound strange, but I really try my best to be a patron of California establishments. Thank you for all of your prompt responses. With such excellent customer service it is no wonder why people choose to use your intelligent product. Regards,
