Gelskin Scrub is a more aggressive scrub, originally developed to combat ingrown hairs. An ingrown hair or bump comes from irritation and generally shaving up in the wrong direction with a dull blade or shaving up pushing a hair follicle into the skin with the screen on an electric razor. Regular use can help to prevent blackheads. This product on a cloth is used to scrub the ingrown area, open it, and over night allow the ingredients to dry and eliminate the problem.
We have tested this product on athletes who also need an effective scrub for the rough area maintenance of elbows, knees, and feet. Woman like this product to exfoliate the face and as a general body scrub. This product is also used for overall exfoliation prior to using our Titanium Self-Tanner. Self tanners work on the skin cells and if dead skin cells are left on the skin they will fall off with the color, leaving uneven spots or tanning. Gelskin Scrub has a great homeopathic scent, clean, and refreshing.

"Off His Face: Television Presenter Ed Sanders scrubs up to test the best facial exfoliating treatments. California North Gelskin Scrub:
4 Stars: “This one has a lot of exfoliating granules. The gel is very runny, which makes application easy. My face felt fresh and well exfoliated. It didn’t leave my skin red and is probably one of the better ones.”

"Beauty Goes Nuts. Nuts are making their way from the bar to the bathroom. Oils and butters derived from nuts are excellent emollients and hydrators for dry hair and skin. And some of the shells, powders, and nuts themselves can be effective exfoliators. Unfortunately, not everyone can indulge. “If you have oily or acne-prone skin, avoid products with oils or butters – even shampoos and conditioners – since they may exacerbate this condition, “explains Andrew Kaufman, M.D., a dermatologic surgeon and assistant clinical professor of dermatology at UCLA School of Medicine. Those with sensitive skin or rosacea should steer clear of scrubs containing nut derivatives. Nut: Walnut. Derivatives: Shells and oil. Product We’re Nuts About: California North Gelskin Scrub. This full-body exfoliator made with ground nut shells, easily smoothes winter-worn rough patches on elbows, knees, and feet. But we really fell for its ability to loosen and soothe ingrown hairs!"

"This letter is in regard to one of your products. I purchased your "Gelskin Scrub" about one month ago. This product is BEYOND WONDERFUL! I have not worn a short-sleeve shirt in over 15 years as I have been embarrassed about my rough, unsightly elbows. Your Gelskin Scrub worked miracles on the first application! I have been using the Gelskin Scrub for about one month, and I'll be wearing short-sleeve shirts again. Thank you for this great product."
