Order Processing

Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days after your credit card payment is authorized. You will receive an order number and an automatic email that confirms your order information.


We accept PayPal and the following credit cards, MASTERCARD, VISA, DINERS CLUB, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payments are completed during secure checkout and all information is encrypted using SSL technology. We do not accept personal check payments. Sales Tax

As a California-based company, we are required by law to charge 9.5% sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. No sales tax is applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.


Free Standard Ground Shipping to Lower 48 States on Orders over $50

California North USA ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx from Pomona, CA 91768 to most addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times may vary, depending on your geographic location or order date. Orders shipped to the East Coast of the USA are usually delivered within five to seven days. Orders shipped to the Midwest and Southwest typically arrive within three to five days. Orders shipped to the West Coast are one to two days.

*Free Shipping Orders are dispatched via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Transit times vary by location and may be slower than other paid shipping methods. While these orders are typically delivered within seven business days, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. At checkout you may choose a paid method of shipping that works best for your specific delivery needs.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We will make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are conditions outside of our control that might cause delays. Once you chose your shipping method, California North is not responsible for the loss of a package by a carrier. Any claim should be filed with the carrier. We will assist where we can.

Due to governmental regulations, flammable products like fragrance can not be shipped by air delivery. This applies on both deliveries to you from California North and returns by you to California North. Please allow for extra shipping time, as you must choose ground delivery for these products. If you chose any fragrances, please choose Ground Service.

Canadian Orders

California North is pleased to accept Canadian orders!


All orders are accepted in U.S. dollars (USD). *Please note that foreign transaction fees may apply depending on your payment method used.


Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS International from Pomona CA 91768 to all addresses in Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on international transit times and customs processing. Most packages should expect to be delivered within 6-10 days. Please reference your tracking number provided to check the delivery status of your order to Canada.

*Fragrance Exclusion

Due to governmental regulations, flammable products like fragrances may not be imported to Canada. As such CN fragrances are not able to be shipped to addresses in Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Duty, Tax and Tariffs

Any duty or taxes assessed are the customers responsibility. Please refer to your federal and local provincial tax regulations for more details. No tariffs apply to Made in USA California North goods as per NAFTA.

Contact our customer service department if your order contains incorrect, damaged, or defective items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and assure you that we will quickly respond to your service request.

We do not accept returns on personal care items once they are shipped, as they cannot be re-sold. We will accept returns on defective packaging and product itself, which is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.

Using Our Pump Bottles

California North skincare products are equipped with pump tops for easy application. We employ two types of pumps, a twist to open design, and an open and close design. The type is indicated on each pump top as pictured below.

Open and Close design pumps (Left) are locked in the closed position upon delivery. To open, simply hold the bottle securely at the base, and gently twist as indicated to open the pump top for use. You may also twist to the indicated close position to disable product application for travel.

Twist to open design pumps (Right) are also locked in the closed position upon delivery. To open this pump, hold the bottle securely at its base and twist the pump top until it pops up, indicating that it is now open and ready to use.

*Never attempt to lift a bottle by the pump top. Doing so may result in damage to the pump top. Always hold or transport your California North products by the base of the bottle.

What to do if your pump is not dispensing product correctly?

In the rare event that your pump is not dispensing product, this may mean that the pump has become clogged or that pressure has built up in the components. This may result after long periods of not using your CN product.

To release pressure simply unscrew the top of the pump, and lift up slightly to allow air to escape. Screw the top back onto the pump and dispense product as desired. Any backed up product or pressure should be released immediately or within a few pumps.
